How it works

Publish a role
Set the screening rules, your own questions, and what a strong answer looks like for this job.

Every applicant is interviewed
Screening and an AI interview start the moment someone applies. Nobody schedules anything and no backlog builds up.

Review the ranked shortlist
Each candidate gets a scored report with the resume, the transcript, and the key moments, so you can move the right people forward in minutes.
Run every applicant through a real interview
The interviewer is set up for each role with your company context, your screening rules, and your own questions. Every applicant who passes screening gets the same in-depth interview, so nobody is skipped because the pile was too big.
See the reasoning behind every score
Each candidate report puts the score next to what produced it: the resume, the interview, and the AI's assessment. Read it, watch the answer, and overrule the score whenever you disagree.
Give recruiters their time back
The dashboard shows open roles, the share of qualified candidates, and pipeline health in one view. Recruiters spend their hours on the candidates worth meeting, not on first screens.
Built for the teams accountable for every hire
Consistent by design
Every candidate for a role gets the same structured interview and the same rubric, not whichever screener was free that day.
Explainable scores
Every score traces to concrete interview moments that a recruiter can watch and judge for themselves.
Candidate data controls
Interviews, resumes, and reports stay scoped to your organization, with retention you control.
Hiring signal that pays for itself
Every plan includes a monthly interview volume. Only finished interviews count, extra ones cost $1.50 each, and recruiters and roles are unlimited.

Questions teams ask
What is Q9labs Recruiter?
Recruiter is AI interview software for hiring teams. It screens and interviews every applicant the moment they apply, then gives recruiters a ranked shortlist with the evidence behind each score.
Does Recruiter replace recruiters?
No. Recruiter runs the screening and the first interview, then ranks the results. Recruiters review the evidence, overrule any score they disagree with, and decide who moves forward.
Do candidates actually finish an AI interview?
Motivated candidates do. In one of our own hiring rounds, 700 LinkedIn applicants led to 80 finished interviews, and no recruiter time went into first screens. That is one example, not a benchmark.
How do I know a score isn't a black box?
Every score dimension links to the interview moments that produced it. You can read the transcript, watch the answer, and overrule the ranking whenever you disagree.
Does the interviewer know our company?
Yes. The interviewer is set up for each role with your company context, your mission, and the signals you care about, plus any questions you add.
How much does Recruiter cost?
Free includes 2 interview credits. Plus is $99 a month with 100 interviews, and Pro is $399 a month with 500. Extra interviews cost $1.50 each, annual billing saves 30%, and recruiters and roles are unlimited on every plan.
What counts as an interview for billing?
A finished interview: the candidate completed the session and a scored report was produced. Abandoned or screened-out applications don't count against your volume.
What happens after the first interview?
Today Recruiter covers apply, screen, interview, and decide. Second-round workflows and candidate tracking are what we are building next.
